HDFC allots 788150 shares pursuant to exchange of Warrants

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has on July 20, 2012 allotted 7,88,150 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exchange of 7,88,150 Warrants by 39 Warrant holders of the Corporation.

Further, the Corporation has extinguished the said 7,88,150 Warrants and the outstanding Warrants post the said exchange stands at 4,05,51,750.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 298,87,58,800 consisting of 149,43,79,400 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

The Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.683.95, down by Rs.9.60 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.695.30 and low of Rs.682.65.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 0.90 lakhs.
