Indian Energy Exchange Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Indian Energy Exchange Ltd in its meeting held on Monday, January 24, 2022, have duly approved an interim dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee one) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) each for the financial year ending March 31, 2022. In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR, the Board has fixed February 04, 2022 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend. The said Interim Dividend will be paid within a period of 30 days from the date of declaration.

Shares of Indian Energy Exchange Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 238.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 240.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1731871 in over 54675 trades.
