A meeting of the Board of Directors of India Grid Trust is scheduled on 22/01/2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Information of India Grid Trust for the period ended on December 31, 2020, along with the limited review report. The board will also consider distribution to unitholders of IndiGrid for Q3 FY 21, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. The Record Date for the purpose of the above Distribution, if declared, will be January 28, 2021.
