Tasty Dairy Specialities Limited ('TDSL'), has entered into an Agreement with Noluma International ('Noluma') to provide its range of dairy products in patented Noluma Certified Packaging which will increase the shelf life of products.
Noluma International is founded with a vision spearheaded by a group of scientists based in DuPont Labs (later spun off as 'Chemours'). They have their laboratories located in the USA, Taiwan and EU and have a patented state of the art technology which protects food products from the negative impacts of light thereby increasing the shelf life of the products.
Noluma partners with organisations which share the common vision of improving the green footprints on the environment, food safety and work towards bettering the life of end users. Their products are environmentally responsible, energy efficient & long lasting.
For TDSL, it is a phased arrangement in which there will be stage wise collaboration of the two companies entailing equity or royalty or a combination of the both of these two. Under the arrangement, Noluma will guide Tasty Dairy for the perfect packaging and provide access to its certain marketing assets.
