A total of 14 Ngos participated in the meeting and deliberated on their progress made after receiving financial assistance from United Drilling Tools Ltd., Noida Phase-II.
The NGOs expressed their gratitude and future plans for strengthening and expanding the program.
The NGOs came from places like Nangloi, Chhattarpur, Karala besides NO IDA and Delhi who are working in a dedicated manner for the differently abled, destitute elderly, Orphan children and elderly besides normal ones for skill development, vocational training, nutrition supplementation, and literacy promotion.
The NGOs committed themselves to increase the coverage, improve the quality and take it forward to a completion level.
The NGOs were suggested to observe standards laid down by government and other statutory laws applicable to respective areas by the Smt. Shunali Gupta, Vice President and Shri Pramod Kumar Gupta, Chairman cum Managing Director of the United Drilling Tools Limited.
In all, about 10,000 beneficiaries are supported through the facilitation of the company and its monitoring and financial support to the NGOs since last many years. While there is a lot to be done, financial and accountability needs to be created from the initial phase itself. The team is committed to bring in more number of beneficiaries.
