Strengthening its international footprint, IndiGo, India's leading airline today commenced operations to the second largest economy in the world, China. The airline inaugurated the first direct flight on Delhi-Chengdu route, making Chengdu IndiGo's 19th international destination. Mr. William Boulter, Chief Commercial Officer, IndiGo along with airport authorities were present at the airport to receive Mr. Kapil Bhatia, Executive Chairman, InterGlobe Enterprises along with the other passengers of the first flight.
