Morgan, MUFG and Standard Chartered Bank as Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and London commencing 26 March 2019. A U.S.$ - denominated senior unsecured notes offering with a tenor of up to 5.5 years (the "Notes") pursuant to Regulation S ("Regulation S") under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (the "U.S. Securities Act") may follow, subject to market conditions.
