The Medium-Term Note (MTN) programme of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (HUDCO) for the issuance of Unsecured Bonds/Notes amounting to INR 50,000,000,000 (i.e. INR 5,000 crore) in the overseas market has been established on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) and India International Exchange (India-INX).
The credit rating in respect of the above MTN programme is being aligned with HUDCO's long term issuer ratings of "Baa2" and "BBB-" by Moody's Investor Services and FITCH Ratings, respectively. A communication in this regard received from International Legal Counsel M/s DLA Piper) and India-INX.
Shares of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.45.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 45.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 301046 in over 1202 trades.
