Ramco ERP Drives Digital Transformation at PT. Cipta Krida Bahari

Global cloud enterprise software provider Ramco Systems today announced that Indonesia's leading logistics service provider, PT. Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics), has rolled out the first wave of Ramco ERP for Logistics to digitize its supply chain, financials and warehouse operations towards achieving its strategic objectives of digital transformation. Having entered the Indonesian market in 2017, this marks a key milestone in Ramco's journey in the region.

Targeted at third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders and courier service providers, Ramco's multifunctional Logistics Suite will be covering modules to manage finance, rating and billing, assets, transportation and warehousing at CKB Logistics. The mobile-enabled solution also offers capabilities such as auto put away and auto picking configuration and end-to-end resource management that will enable CKB Logistics to track shipments, carry out warehouse operations and monitor costs, efficiently.

CKB Logistics, which offers logistics and supply chain solutions for heavy equipment, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing and as well as construction industries, is also providing international and domestic through land, air, sea and multimode freight forwarding, specialized services in project logistics, customs brokerage, warehouse management, bonded logistics center (Pusat Logistik Berikat - PLB), shipping, port management and site management remote site supply base services, including dry bulk shipment.

Commenting on the go-live of the first wave, Iman Sjafei, President Director, PT Cipta Krida Bahari (CKB Logistics), said, "Logistics companies must digitize their operations to automate data-heavy processes, in order to stay flexible and meet rising consumer demand. Indonesia is home to around 265 million people, making it one of the world's most populous nations, and is the largest internet economy in Southeast Asia. As the local e-commerce sector continues to flourish, demand for better logistics infrastructure in the archipelago is on the rise.

Shares of RAMCO SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.217.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 219.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 473 in over 51 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 220.2 and intraday low of 216. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 103014.
