CARE Rating Limited ('CARE'), a Rating Agency has reaffirmed the rating of following facilities of CEAT Ltd.
The rating of Long term Bank Facilities of Rs. 1070 Crores (enhanced from Rs. 955 Crores) has been reaffirmed as CARE AA - Stable (Double A; Outlook: Stable)
The rating on Short term Bank Facilities of Rs. 1300 Crores (enhanced from Rs. 900 Crores) has been reaffirmed as CARE A1+ (A One Plus).
The rating on Commercial Paper (CP) issue of Rs. 350 Crores is reaffirmed as CARE A1+ (A One Plus).
CARE has withdrawn the rating assigned to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) amounting to Rs. 200 Crores, issued by the Company since the said NCDs were fully repaid on July 31, 2018.
