A Memorandum of Understanding is signed between Emmbi Industries Limited and Bank of Maharashtra to implement the new initiative as "MAHABANK - EMMBI JALASANCHAY SCHEME" for water conservation projects in drought laden Maharashtra State.
"MAHABANK - EMMBI JALASANCHAY SCHEME" is first of its kind funding scheme in Indian Agricultural Sector which will help farmers across the country to avail a long term loan for purchase of emmbi jalasanchay pond liner for making farms ponds for water conservation. The MAHABANK - EMMBI JALASANCHAY SCHEME is specially designed to purchase emmbi products and is an open ended scheme with no cap applicable pan India.
Also present at the occasion were Mr. N S Deshpande, DGM-Agriculture, Mr. Prafull Jadhav, AGM-Agriculture, Mr. Shriram Bhor, Chief Manager-Agriculture and Mr. Sagar Naik Sr. Manager-Agriculture of BoM and from emmbi's behalf Mrs. Vidhya Pai AGM Finance, Mr. Kaushal Patvi, CS, Mr. Rupesh Sawant, Manager-Sales at Bank of Maharashtra Head Quarters at Shivaji Nagar, Pune.
Shares of Emmbi Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.109.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 108. The total number of shares traded during the day was 803 in over 51 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 113.95 and intraday low of 108.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 88532.
