Kolte-Patil Developers newly launched project ORO Avenue receives massive response

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited (BSE: 532924, NSE: KOLTEPATIL), a leading Pune based real estate developer, has received massive response from the home buyers for its newly launched ORO Avenue project at Life Republic. The project witnessed sales of 500 units with booking value of ~Rs. 186 crore since its launch in August 2018.

'ORO Avenue', a project at Life Republic Township is located near Pune's IT hub, Hinjawadi. Shares of KOLTE-PATIL DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.268.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3913 in over 169 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 276.9 and intraday low of 267.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1061744.
