Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. (Q1). The stock was trading at Rs.748.90, down by Rs.5.25 or 0.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.761.80 and low of Rs.742.05. The total traded quantity was 22749 compared to 2 week average of 13586.
