Vedant Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2010, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2010 and to consider the draft annual accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2010.
The Board will consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
The Board will fix the date of the Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2010 and review the progress in respect of various matters relating to operations of the Company.
The Board will also ratify actions taken by RTA.
The stock was trading at Rs.9.07. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.30 and low of Rs.9.07.
