Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd (GNFC) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2010, inter alia, to consider the proposal of Transfer of V-SAT/ISP Gateway Business of the Company to ING Satcom Ltd, an unlisted Company through Scheme of Arrangement and De-merger against the cash consideration of Rs. 6 Crores to be received by GNFC and in case the same is approved, to consider and approve the draft Scheme of Arrangement and De-merger in respect thereof.
The stock was trading at Rs.114.40, up by Rs.0.90 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.117.60 and low of Rs.113.20.
