Through a Memorandum of Understanding, Hester Biosciences Limited of Ahmedabad and Golchha Organisation of Kathmandu Nepal agree to set up a Joint Venture in Nepal to manufacture animal biologicals at an investment of approximately Rs. 150 million.
The proposed JV, a 100% export oriented unit, would manufacture a range of animal biologicals which would supplement the existing range of vaccines manufactured by Hester in India.
The stock closed the day at Rs.142, down by Rs.2 or 1.39%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.145.85 and low of Rs.142.
The total traded quantity was 1254 compared to 2 week average of 2339.
