Everest Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2010, have allotted 33318 Equity Shares to the Employees of the Company under the Employees Stock Option Schemes.
7030 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2006, 21898 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2007 and 4390 Equity Shares allotted to the Employees under ESOS 2008.
