HCL Technologies Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs 1 for 2009-10
HCL Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2010, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2010. The stock was trading at Rs.381, up by Rs.8.20 or 2.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.396 and low of Rs.377. The total traded quantity was 371555 compared to 2 week average of 90343.
