Supreme Infrastructure secures 2 new orders aggregating to Rs 405.44 crores

Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd has successfully bagged 2 new orders aggregating to Rs. 405.44 crores for the construction of 4 laning roads with major Flyovers & Alignment of Sidhwan canal in Ludhiana Punjab in Road sector. Also distribution of lines, Erection, power transmitters and towers in Power sector for Maharashtra state.

Supreme has secured order from Punjab Infrastructure Development Board, Chandigarh for development of 4-Laning of Road along Sidhwan Canal with their approaches. This project has been awarded to the company in Joint Venture with M/s. Huamei Group Corporation Ltd and M/s. Niraj Cement Structurals Ltd. The Value of the contract is Rs. 328.16 Crores wherein Supreme shall be constructing 4 {Four) major flyovers and 7 (seven) structures including bridges and under passes worth 149.69 Crores.

The second order has been awarded by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDC). This project is in a Joint venture with M/s. Patwari Electricals, Osmanabad. The Value of the contract is Rs. 77.28 Crores. Both these contracts are to be completed in a period of 24 months.

As Quoted by Mr. Vikas B. Sharma Director of the Company "The order from Punjab Government is very important as it is a bypass for entire Ludhiana Town and also includes the alignment of Sidhwan Canal which is an important source of water supply for Ludhiana. For the Power Distribution, Supreme has jusi ventured into this vertical and Company is all prepared with technical and financial support for this project. As such Company is confident for execution of both these Projects with in time and with assured benchmark quality"

The order is for construction of 4-Larung of Road along Sidhwan Canal with Flyovers, Underpass ROBs and Canal Lining (Doraha to Ludhiana-Ferozepur Road) i.e. Sounthe Bye-Pass, Ludhiana (approx. Length 26.90 km). The Total Value of Contract is Rs. 328.16 Crores and the contract was awarded by Punjab Infrastructure Development Board, Chandigarh.

The second order is for supply, test, transport, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of sub-transmission lines, distribution lines, power transformers, new Sub-Station, augmentation of exiting Sub-Station, Distribution transformer of varying capacities, renovation and modernization works in Tiljapur Division under Osmanabad Circle of Latur Zone. The Total Value of Contract is Rs. 77.28 Crores and the awarding authority is Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.

The stock was trading at Rs.187.20, down by Rs.0.60 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.195 and low of Rs.184.55.

The total traded quantity was 105684 compared to 2 week average of 8390.
