Filatex India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2010, inter alia, has considered the request of one of the proposed allottees of Convertible Warrants of the Promoters / Promoter Group, Mr. Madhav Bhageria, that 8,00,000 Convertible warrants proposed to be allotted to him in his individual capacity as Madhav Bhageria now be allotted in the name of Madhav Bhageria (HUF).
As a result now it is proposed that out of total 40,00,000 convertible warrants, Madhav Bhageria (HUF) be allotted 9,40,000 Convertible warrants instead of 1,40,000 Convertible warrants. The Company proposes necessary modification / amendment in the proposed special resolution to be considered by the Shareholders.
The necessary information regarding this proposed modification is being circulated to the shareholders as Corrigendum to the Notice of ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on February 17, 2010.
The stock was trading at Rs.37, up by Rs.1.55 or 4.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.37.95 and low of Rs.29.40.
The total traded quantity was 27315 compared to 2 week average of 27239.
