Sejal Architectural Glass Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2009, has allotted 50,00,000 Warrants to Sejal Float Glass Ltd. : 45,50,000 Warrants and Hero Multi-Pap Pvt. Ltd. : 4,50,000 Warrants.
These Warrants entitle the holder thereof to apply for and obtain allotment of one equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 30/- per share within a period of eighteen months from the date of allotment hereof.
Issue of these Warrants were earlier approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held don August 17, 2009 and by the Members in Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2009.
The stock closed the day at Rs.52.15, down by Rs.0.55 or 1.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53.50 and low of Rs.52.15.
