Arihant Superstructures approves draft letter of offer for rights issue
Arihant Superstructures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 26, 2009, inter alia, has finalized and approved the Draft Letter of Offer for the proposed Rights Issue and the same to be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Board India. The board took a note of the ISIN received from NSDL and CDSL of the Company, and it was decided to intimate the same to the Shareholders at the earliest.
