Techno Electric to acquire 100% stake in Simran Wind Project Pvt. Ltd.
Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into an Agreement for acquisition of 100% stake in Simran Wind Project Pvt. Ltd. (Simran). Simran is engaged in power generation from wind resources and having generating capacity of 50.45 MW of power in the state of Tamilnadu and Karnataka. The stock was trading at Rs.167.90, up by Rs.3.40 or 2.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.167.90 and low of Rs.162. The total traded quantity was 17265 compared to 2 week average of 14605.
