GHCL Ltd now announced with reference to the earlier annoucement dated November 07, 2009, regarding Board to consider Dividend, that the Board Meeting of the Company, due to unavoidable circumstances, stands postponed to December 01, 2009. The stock closed the day at Rs.42.65, up by Rs.0.45 or 1.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.20 and low of Rs.42.30. The total traded quantity was 322489 compared to 2 week average of 410030.
