Aurobindo Pharma fixes Book Closure for Dividend & 22nd AGM
Aurobindo Pharma Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 18, 2009 to December 23, 2009 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 23, 2009. The stock was trading at Rs.771.80, down by Rs.13.05 or 1.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.798 and low of Rs.769. The total traded quantity was 8839 compared to 2 week average of 42935.
