TV Today Network Ltd has announced that pursuant to an order dated October 15, 2009 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, a meeting of the equity shareholders & Unsecured Creditors of the Company will be held on November 21, 2009, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Radio Today Broadcasting Ltd ('RTBL' or 'Transferor Company') and T.V. Today Network Ltd ('TVTN' or 'Transferee Company').
The stock was trading at Rs.85.45, up by Rs.5.70 or 7.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.89 and low of Rs.79.05.
