Oriental Carbon Board declares Interim Dividend of 15%
Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, has declared payment of interim dividend @ 1.50 per share (15%) to the shareholders of the Company. The stock closed the day at Rs.49.95, up by Rs.5.75 or 13.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.35 and low of Rs.42.80. The total traded quantity was 55347 compared to 2 week average of 12690.
