HCL Infosystems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50 (75%) per fully paid share of Rs. 2/- each on the paid up share capital of the Company for the year 2009-2010.
The stock closed the day at Rs.157.70, down by Rs.1.25 or 0.79%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.161 and low of Rs.152.80.
