Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, has approved the detailed memorandum on acquisition of stake in ACE BPO Services Pvt Ltd along with valuation report was placed before the Board meeting for the consideration of the Board of Directors. The Board has discussed in detail all the issues related to valuation of the business, business model, scope of future growth in business, advantages of combining the existing business with the BPO business etc. The board approved unanimously the proposal to acquire 60 % shareholding in Ace BPO Services Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of Rs 360 Lakhs.
Mr. P Guru Krishna has been appointed as an additional director of the Company, by a resolution passed by the Board of Directors.
The stock closed the day at Rs.36.45, up by Rs.1.55 or 4.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.36.60 and low of Rs.33.20.
