Patni Computer Systems Ltd has announced that the Compensation & Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company vide resolution dated August 24, 2009 allotted 8,625 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to certain employees including 3,100 underlying equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- each to Bank of New York as Depository in connection with the issuance of 1550 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) pursuant to the exercise of ADR Linked options.
The stock closed the day at Rs.450.80, up by Rs.22.20 or 5.18%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.454.40 and low of Rs.422.
