Compucom Software Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider and adopt the unaudited results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
The Board will consider and adopt the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2009.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any.
The stock was trading at Rs.11.75, down by Rs.0.18 or 1.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.14 and low of Rs.11.70.
