Vakrangee Softwares invests in Vakrangee e-Solutions INC
Vakrangee Softwares Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2009, inter alia, has approved investment to be made in Vakrangee e-Solutions INC (a 100% Subsidiary of Vakrangee Softwares Ltd) and grant of permission for use of the logo of the Company to the same. The stock was trading at Rs.71.45, up by Rs.3.40 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.71.45 and low of Rs.70.50. The total traded quantity was 45198 compared to 2 week average of 154757.
