Great Offshore Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50/ - per equity share for the financial year 2008-09.
The Board accepted the resignation of Shri. Rajiv K Luthra and Shri. Madhava Menon Shankar Narayanan, as Directors of the Company with effect from April 10, 2009 and April 29, 2009 respectively.
The Stock closed on April 29, 2009 day at Rs.273.85, up by Rs.9.20 or 3.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.275.80 and low of Rs.265.60.
