Wall Street Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of members of the Company was held on March 06, 2009. It was a meeting convened by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, vide their order dated February 06, 2009 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between Wall Street Finance Ltd (WSFL), the Applicant / the Demerged Company and Goldman Securities Pvt. Ltd (GSPL), the Resulting Company and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
Mr. Rajnikant Patel, the court appointed chairman, chaired the meeting and conducted the proceedings. The Chairman appointed Mrs. Ashalata Maheshwari, one of the Shareholders and Mr. Ashish Turakhia, as Scrutineers. Members present voted on the Resolution for the Scheme by way of a ballot. The process of verification of ballot papers and counting of votes was completed and the Scrutineers presented their Report to the Chairman.
The results of the ballot will be displayed at the Registered Office of the Company upon the filing of the Report of the Chairman with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature of Bombay.
The stock was trading at Rs.52.35, down by Rs.3.60 or 6.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.40 and low of Rs.50.60.
