The only LEED Gold certified building in Bengaluru declared the best in the city
Xylem, Tata Housing's LEED Gold certified IT Park in Bengaluru, has been selected for "Project of the year- Bengaluru" award by Accommodation Times, India's oldest knowledge-based periodical on real estate. Xylem, the first of its kind green building in Bengaluru received the trade honour close on the heels of becoming the only building in the city to receive the LEED Gold certification.
The award shall be conferred to Tata Housing at a gala event at the Nehru Centre Auditorium in Mumbai on February 24, 2009. Achievements of individuals and developments of the real estate industry will fetch recognition at the 23rd Annual Accommodation Times Awards. The ceremony would be attended by the leaders of the housing industry, trade associations, high-profile professionals, government and civic officials and prominent personalities of the real estate world. Identifying the need for acknowledging success in real estate, the awards are presented for 19 different categories within the industry.
