CRISIL Ratings Limited has by letter dated March 3, 2021 converted the provisional rating for "Brookfield India Real Estate Trust" (which was disclosed in the final offer document filed by Brookfield India Real Estate Trust on February 09, 2021) into final corporate credit rating for "Brookfield India Real Estate Trust" as 'CCR AAA / Stable'.
In addition to the above, CRISIL Ratings Limited has also by letters dated March 3, 2021 converted the provisional credit rating in respect of the facilities of the SPV entities mentioned in the final offer document filed by Brookfield India Real Estate Trust on February 09, 2021 into final rating of 'CRISIL AAA/Stable'. |
