The Board of Directors of Wintac Ltd at their meeting held today have approved the increased in the limit / volume of business transactions with related party (including Somerset Therapeutics LLC, USA) up to US$ 100 million subject to the approval of the shareholders as per the current contract or any further contracts as may be approved by the Audit Committee and the Board.
The board also approved increase in the borrowing limits of the Company up to US$ 100 million subject to the approval of shareholders.
Shares of WINTAC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.336.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 335.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5592 in over 25 trades.
