The Regional Director, Northern Region, New Delhi, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, vide its order dated November 19, 2020 (received today), has approved alteration in Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited ("Bank or Company") as per the application and as resolved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Bank held on September 02, 2020 for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from New Delhi, the NCT of Delhi to Bengaluru in State of Karnataka.
Shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 37.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 61526 and the deliverable quantity was 39956.
