INOX Leisure Ltd has completed the acquisition of 50% equity shares of Swanston Multiplex Cinemas Private Limited from Reliance Mediaworks Limited.
Accordingly, Swanston Multiplex Cinemas Private Limited has become wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 5th March, 2018.
