CRISIL has assigned the rating of 'CRISIL A1+' (pronounced 'CRISIL A one plus') to the Commercial Paper Programme of Rs.750 crore. Instruments with this rating are considered to have very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations. Such instruments carry lowest credit risk.
This rating is in addition to the existing '[ICRA] A1+' rating assigned by ICRA for Godrej Consumer Products Limited's Commercial Paper Programme of Rs.750 crore.
