Vikas WSP Ltd has paid a Sum of Rs. 45 Crore to Punjab National Bank, Meera Chowk, Sri Ganganagar, whose accounts were slipped into NPA in June, 2016.
The company had earlier reached a settlement with all the consortium banks in JLF meeting dated August 3, 2016 by permitting a tagging of 25% from each export bill for sharing among the consortium banks to clear NPA dues that worked successfully.
The company's management has also paid a sum of Rs. 45 crores against release of properties mortgage in ILG in exclusive charge of PNB.
Currently, PNB has permitted the company to avail export credit facilities to the extent of Rs. 20 crore.
Shares of VIKAS WSP LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.11.44 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 11.04. The total number of shares traded during the day was 293890 in over 356 trades.
The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 11.59 and intraday low of 11.04. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3353162.
