Accentia Technologies completes purchase of Thunga Software, Bangalore
Accentia Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has completed the business purchase of Thunga Software Ltd in an all cash deal. Thunga Software Ltd is based at Bangalore with a 200 seater capacity and currently about 185 people are working for the Company. The business purchase of Thunga Software Ltd will give an impetus to the number of people working for the Company and paves the way for servicing the increased outsourcing contracts from USA. The ready made facility with plug-in amenities and HR will allow the Company to bring down the lead period involved in servicing the increased outsourcing contracts. The stock closed the day at Rs.221.40, down by Rs.11.65 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.239.70 and low of Rs.221.40. The total traded quantity was 107089 compared to 2 week average of 218964.
