A meeting of the Board of Directors of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd will be held on May 29, 2013, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2013 and to recommend final dividend, if any. Shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.942.75, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.952.90 and low of Rs.941.
