The Board of Directors of GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd at its meeting held on February 15, 2013, has re-appointed Mr. Zubair Ahmed as Managing Director of the Company for the period from June 01, 2013 to May 31, 2017. Mr. Zubair Ahmed's terms of appointment and remuneration are subject to the approval of the shareholders.
The Board also approved the change in Financial Year of the Company from Calendar Year to Financial Year w.e.f. January 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014 and thereafter the Financial Year will be from April 01 to March 31.
