The Board of Directors of Warren Tea Ltd at its meeting held on January 30, 2013, has decided to issue Bonus Shares, subject to approval of the Members, only to the Public Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 7 ( Seven) equity Shares for every 10 (Ten) Equity Shares held by them in the Company on the 'Record Date' to be determined by the Board or if so authorized by the Board, by the Shareholders' Grievance and Share Transfer Committee, for the purpose.
The Warren Tea Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.434.75, up by Rs.20.95 or 5.06%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.447 and low of Rs.422.
