Bangalore headquartered Mindlogicx, a tech product development company in the higher education space, has announced that the company will be hiring 1000 people over the next 6-12months as part of its expansion plans that will see the company establish a national presence. The company, which has 10 Indian Universities as its customers and a student base of 1million, is targeting to double to 2million students over the next 12months.
To Treble Headcount
Mindlogicx, which currently has employee strength of over 400people working out of the company's 1.5lakh square feet facility in Whitefield, Bangalore, will more than treble its headcount to 1500 after the current expansion.
The hiring of these 1000people will be both from campuses and outside and will include Software Programmers, Technology & Network Support Engineers and Semi Skilled people.
Rs. 20cr R&D Investment
The company has thus far invested Rs.20crores in R&D of its exam automation suite of products called IntelliEXAMS which has helped automate the examination process across 1000examination centers.
Commenting on the hiring plan, Suresh Elangovan, Founder CEO, Mindlogicx said, "Our pioneering exam automation product is gaining increased acceptance with large Universities in India. As part of the growth plan, we are looking to establish and expand our presence into Maharashtra and Gujarat as well as into Northern India, in addition to strengthening our existing presence in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu."
In September this year, Mindlogicx made its foray into Gujarat with Rs.72crore deal with Saurashtra University. Last month, the company forayed into UP with a multi-crore technology deal with Ambedkar University, Agra.
Mindlogicx has implemented its exam automation solutions at Chattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technological University, Anna University Coimbatore, Bangalore University and Nagaland University, among others.
